Commitment to Diversity

Supplier Diversity Commitment

DFM Solutions is committed to supplier diversity and strives to initiate and support efforts that promote the advancement of diverse businesses with which we come into contact, including Women Business Enterprises (WBE) and Minority Business Enterprises (MBE). As a certified WBE and community leader, it is part of our mission to serve as a mentor to other WBE/MBE companies while also positioning them to become the next generation of leaders in our industry.

As part of our diversity program, DFM Solutions President and CEO, Lauren Rakolta is actively involved with the Women’s Enterprise National Council (WBENC) at the regional and national level. We actively participate in trade shows, vendor matchmakers, and other industry events held by WBENC, Michigan Minority Supplier Diversity Council (MMSDC), other diversity organizations, as well as customer-sponsored events.

It is the objective of DFM Solutions to develop and maintain an environment that is reflective of the diversity and inclusion goals of our customers, as well as strengthens the communities in which we operate.

Commitment to Community

Corporate Citizenship

It's our strong belief that it's our responsibility to contribute to the communities in which we operate. As part of our commitment, DFM Solutions' President and CEO, Lauren Rakolta, has partnered with the United Way as a co-chair of the United Way South East Michigan (UWSEM) facilities management campaign. Our team actively participates—donating time and energy and making financial contributions to support the United Way and their community partners.
